Steve Welch was born into the oil and LPG business. His grandfather started in this field in the early thirties. At a young age, Steve was carrying wrenches or dragging fuel hoses to help or maybe hinder his grandfather with his deliveries. He started working full time for his family’s oil and LPG business shortly out of High School in the mid-seventies. He worked in all departments of his family’s business from deliveries and service to billing and purchasing. In 1989, Steve moved inside to handle the day to day operations and shortly thereafter took over as President of the corporation. In 2001, his family sold the company to D.F Richard of Dover, NH. Steve joined the Tarantin Team in 2012 as inside sales.
