It's Growling

I had a customer call and ask me to come out and check a pump for him to see if it can be rebuilt. Upon getting here I cut the switch on and did hear a growling noise, but I came to find out you can hear that the pump is not making a growling noise like a bearing would be bad. It turns pretty free, but if you turn the pulley on the motor and you can hear the growling like the bearings are going bad. So, looks like they came out ahead for not having to rebuild the pump, but it looks like they're going to need to rebuild the motor or install a new motor.
