Steve Watson grew up in the propane industry, working in his family’s business, which was established in 1969. After graduating from college, he officially joined the company in 1982. Like many who grow up in a family business, Steve learned the industry from the ground up—developing a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful operation.

He began his hands-on experience by running yard lines and installing appliances, later moving into bobtail delivery. As his responsibilities grew, Steve played a key role in the expansion of the business, launching five of the company’s eleven locations across Tennessee and Alabama. He also led company-wide safety and education programs, managed DOT compliance, and oversaw the drug testing program.
